About

Arizona's Developmental Disability Safety Coalition was formed in 2017 as a collaboration between the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities, and local law enforcement agencies in order to bring together professionals who are united by the desire to promote safe interactions between individuals with I/DD and first responders. The Coalition members include representatives from state policy and advocacy
organizations, practitioners, university faculty, and law enforcement.
